Where do I find details about my policy cover?
When you purchase your Qantas Travel Insurance policy, you’ll receive an email with your policy details. This will include instructions for how to download a copy of your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and your Certificate of Insurance (COI) via our policy portal. The PDS contains the full terms and conditions of your policy (including limits, sub-limits, conditions and exclusions that apply), and the COI specifies the coverage period of your policy, who it covers, details of the policy and any optional covers you purchased and the premium charged to you.
