You can log onto our self-service portal or the Qantas Wellbeing App to see your remaining benefit limits for Extras services.
To sign into the portal , you’ll need your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, last name and PIN.
To view using the Qantas Wellbeing App, you’ll need to first download the App. Then sign in using your Qantas Frequent Flyer details, tap on the Insurance icon at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
