What if you don’t have my bank account details?

If we do not have a member’s nominated bank, Qantas Health Insurance will contact you via your preferred method of correspondence and request your banking details. Qantas Health Insurance members can also update their banking details via the self-service portal.

In the event we are unable to secure bank account details, a credit will automatically be applied to your next premium payment.
