How do I make a home insurance claim?

Making a claim on your Qantas Home Insurance policy is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Take all reasonable steps to prevent or minimise further loss, damage or liability.
  2. Report any theft (or attempted theft), malicious damage or vehicle impact to the police as soon as possible.
  3. Lodge a claim online or call us on 13 49 60. Please have your policy number handy plus details of the incident and any relevant supporting documents.

If lodging online, we’ll review your claim and come back to you within 2 business days of lodging your claim. If we have any additional questions, we’ll contact you and advise of the next steps.
