No you don’t have to do anything. The premium increases are not due until your next payment on or following 1 April 2024.
For example:
Mark paid his premium for a year on 1 February 2024. This premium rate is locked in at the lower rate until 31 January 2025. From 1 February 2025 he will pay the higher premium amount.
