What’s the most effective way to track my activities?

Wrist-worn wearables, such as the Apple Watch, are designed to effectively track movement over a longer period and during vigorous activity.

On both Android devices and iPhones you can use a supported Garmin or Fitbit wearable. You can also use an Apple Watch (iPhone only), a Google Watch with Google Fit (Android only) or a Samsung Watch with Samsung Health (Android only).

If you have more than one device connected, the Qantas Wellbeing App uses the highest number of steps taken or cycling kilometres recorded.
