, Cancer Council is helping to raise awareness about the lifestyle factors that help reduce your risk.
Nearly as many cancer cases are caused by a combination of the following lifestyle choices as smoking:
- Lack of physical activity
- Drinking too much alcohol
- Being overweight
- Eating too much red and processed meat
- Not eating enough fruit and vegetables
