How do I get the Peak Performance with Apple Watch package? 1

If you purchase one of the below Qantas Assure Health Insurance policies, you will be eligible to choose from either an Apple Watch or a Qantas Points offer. Once you have purchased your policy, please call our customer service centre on 13 49 60 to choose your watch. It will be dispatched approximately 60 days after you join Qantas Assure. Not available to existing Qantas Assure Health Insurance customers or existing nib health customers.
